            Outstanding service! I purchased a new 5th wheel then discovered it would not fit in the space I was renting from another company. I called David at 6:30 pm and he didn't hesitate to give me a temporary gate code and allowed me to park that night with the understanding that we would figure out the details later. Since then I've seen Mike and David onsite almost every time I've gone there. They even allowed me to change to another space that's easier for me to back into. I am very pleased with ROK, both the faculties and the service.

            • Head south on Pablo Rd toward Pablo Terrace
            • Turn right onto San Juan Dr
            • Turn right to stay on San Juan Dr
            • Turn right onto Solana Rd
            • Turn left onto A1A N/A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway
            • In 2.3 miles, turn right onto Palm Valley Rd
            • In 3.4 miles, at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on Palm Valley Rd
            • After 2.5 miles, continue onto Nocatee Pkwy
            • In 3.1 miles, take the Valley Ridge Blvd S exit
            • Merge onto Valley Ridge Blvd
            • After 1.6 miles, use the left 2 lanes to turn left to stay on Valley Ridge Blvd
            • Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto US-1 N
            • ROK Storage will be on the right
            From Downtown Jacksonville:
            • Head north toward E State St
            • Turn left onto E State St
            • Turn left onto N Main St
            • Continue onto FL-10 E
            • Continue straight (signs for I-95 S/US-1 S/Philips Hwy)Keep left
            • Merge onto I-95 SIn 13.5 miles, take exit 335 for Old St Augustine Rd
            • Keep right at the fork and merge onto Old St Augustine Rd
            • Merge onto Old St Augustine Rd
            • In 1.4 miles, turn right onto US-1 S
            • After 5.1 miles, use the left lane to turn left onto Valley Ridge Blvd
            • Make a U-turn at Old Dixie Hwy
            • Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto US-1 N

            From St. Augustine, FL:
            • Head north on Water St toward Locust St
            • Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto Pine St
            • Turn right onto A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway/San Marco Ave

            • Turn right onto US-1 N/N Ponce De Leon Blvd
            • Continue to follow US-1 N
            • In 16.2 miles, ROK Storage will be on the right

            • Head east toward 7th St S
            • Turn right onto 7th St S
            • Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto 5th Ave S
